In our ownership we have apartments in two different buildings in Rose, on the peninsula of Lustica, situated right on the coast. Rose is a small fishing village placed at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. By the boat one can reach the city of Herceg Novi in 15 minutes, Tivat Airport by the road in 25 minutes , and hour to Dubrovnik airport. There is no traffic through the village, sea water is extremely clean and clear, there is no noise which makes Rose is an ideal place to rest. It’s a very popular among tourists, because it is the place with the most sunny hours in Boka Kotorska.
We offer superb accommodation in apartments located in two medieval stone houses that are adapted in classic style and categorized with 4★. All apartments are equipped with modern furniture, decorated with numerous traditional details. The kitchens and bathrooms are perfectly equipped, the bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the apartments have the most modern equipment for cable TV and WiFi internet.
"Palandacic House" in which our apartments are located is an old stone house, recently renovated and adapted for a cozy and relaxing vacation.
In this building we have four comfortable apartments - two four-bed and one double-bedded apartment, as well as one two-bedroom apartment. The facility has several shared terrace for guests' relaxation, where a barbecue and complete beach equipment’s are placed.
Our building "Barižon House" is an old stone house located on the coast, in the middle of Rose village. The interior has recently been renovated, while its original appearance is kept from the outside.
The property includes six comfortable apartments. All apartments are decorated in a traditional Boka style, facing the sea.
A few meters from the sea, in the preserved ambience of an old fishing village at the entrance to Boka Kotorska. Priceless!
